Simulator rarity model (slots 4 & 5)
In a normal simulated pack, cards 1–3 are common. Slots 4 and 5 use these shared rarity weights; missing rarities fall back to the next available lower rarity. Rare packs use a separate simplified draw. These are not pack-specific card odds.
