Monthly Pokémon, move, item, ability and teammate usage from Smogon’s Pokémon Showdown statistics. These cover Showdown’s Champions formats, separate from the in-game ladder.

Battle roster

Pages like the battle roster, regulation pages and the team builder share a species-level roster derived from the official M-C eligible list. The regulation page preserves exact form entries; the browse roster groups those forms under 231 National Pokédex species. The move and item reference pools still use dated M-B data and do not verify M-C sets.

Showdown usage stats

Usage figures on the regulation pages are imported monthly from Smogon's Pokémon Showdown usage statistics for the Champions formats (including M-C when published, at the 1760-rating cutoff).

  • Showdown and the in-game ladder have different players and may favor different teams.
  • Smogon weights usage percentages by player rating at the stated cutoff.
