Locations & Islands
Pokopia rebuilds a post-apocalyptic Kanto one area at a time. Here's every region — the real Kanto place it's built on, and what you do to bring it back to life.
Base-game areas
Your starting area. Clear the dried-out overgrowth, rescue a trapped Onix, and bring the rain back so the land can turn green again — the tutorial region where you learn the befriend-and-reshape loop.
A dark, storm-lashed coast. Help Peakychu light up the skies, wake the slumbering Mosslax, and repaint the town with Smearguru to draw seaside Pokémon back to the shore.
Rugged uplands buried in volcanic ash. Clear the debris, learn to cook with Chef Dente, and get DJ Rotom spinning to raise the mood — celebrations here lift the whole area's Comfy Level.
The late-game finale, set on islands adrift in the clouds. Bridge the floating platforms and rebuild a towering skyscraper with Tinkmaster leading the heavy construction.
A story-free creative sandbox linked to the main regions via the Cycling Road. Build with total freedom and meet Pokémon exclusive to this trio of vacant islands.
Expansion Pass areas
New regions added through the paid Expansion Pass across 2026–2027.
The first Expansion Pass area — an underwater town. Its free update teaches Ditto the Dive move, letting you explore beneath the surface and settle sea Pokémon on the restored seabed.
An additional Expansion Pass area you can explore solo or with friends. Details are still rolling out as the pass releases through 2027.
A further area added by the Expansion Pass, continuing the sky-island building beyond the base game's finale.
Gameplay details are compiled from public coverage and community wikis and may change as the game updates.
